For years, I watched the systems that were meant to serve humanity quietly work against it. Health was declining despite unprecedented access to medicine. Mental health challenges were escalating at an alarming pace. And at the root of it all, I saw the same pattern repeating — industries designed not to heal, but to create dependency.
Pharmaceutical systems profiting from chronic illness rather than resolving it. A food industry stripping nutrition from what we consume. A technology landscape that left us increasingly disconnected — from ourselves, from our families, from our sense of purpose.

That realisation became my turning point. I knew that real change would not come from within the same systems that created the problem.
It began with workshops, then The Frequency Lab was born. The results were extraordinary. And with that came a powerful question: What if people didn't have to come to a lab to experience this? What if they could bring this transformation into their daily lives?
That question gave birth to Alchemy Light.
